Welcome to Pine Knoll Nursing & Rehabilitation Center!

We understand that choosing a place to recover in the short term or reside in the long term is an important decision. Our professional staff is available to you to answer any questions you have and to guide you through every step of the admissions process, including payment.

What to bring

Your comfort and safety are our top priority. Here are some suggestions for what to bring with you to help ensure your stay with us meets those objectives.

  • Names and phone numbers of your physicians, caregivers and emergency contacts
  • Advance directives, living wills, and all medical wishes documents
  • Assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.
  • At least one week’s worth of comfortable clothing
  • Blanket
  • Your favorite personal care products
  • Reading materials, CD player, smartphone, deck of cards or other items to keep you engaged
  • Family photos, favorite knickknacks, low-maintenance plants, and other items to personalize your space

After admission, we will work to ensure you are comfortable in your new home. If you ever have any questions or concerns, our staff is always available to you.
